3039 Wells Street – BC Avondale LLC - The proposed project consists of revisions to the design of six new townhouse buildings with a total of 33 residential units to be constructed on this site. This proposed residential complex was previously reviewed and approved with conditions by the ARB at the August and September 2018 meetings.

6 Olive Street – Danny England - The proposed project for this complex of mid-20th-century industrial warehouse buildings consists of renovating the buildings for use as professional office, retail, and restaurant space. The renovation will include (1) cleaning, repairing, and painting existing exterior materials; (2) removal of metal siding to create a new open-sided area; (3) addition of new exterior entries, doors, and accessibility ramps; (4) addition of new CMU walls along the rear elevation; and (5) addition of new parking spaces, sidewalks, and landscaping along Franklin, Pine, and Olive streets. Additional exterior renovation work may be proposed in the future as tenants tailor spaces to their use.
