3039 Wells Street – BC Avondale LLC – This project was presented at the February 1, 2021 regular meeting of the ARB. This Special Called Meeting is to review the design of the side façade for each building that was not previously presented. The proposed project consists of revisions to the design of six new townhouse buildings with a total of 33 residential units to be constructed on this site. This proposed residential complex was previously reviewed and approved with conditions by the ARB at the August and September 2018 meetings.
