49 Wiltshire Drive- Michelle Krahe -- (1) Expand front stoop to full front porch, (2) change windows and front door, and (3) change cladding on front gable. This project was previously reviewed by the PAZB on March 20, 2023 and at the April 26, 2023 BOMC meeting was granted a variance to reduce the side yard setback from 10 feet to 6 feet for a front porch addition on the northwest front corner of the residence.

97 Berkeley Road- Anna (Lisa) Redmon & Mary Root--(1) construction of a new house on an undeveloped lot, (2) construction of a new detached garage, (3) construction of a rear patio and small above ground pool with retaining walls, and (4) construction of a new driveway from the street to the new garage, a front walkway from the front entrance to the driveway, and a fence.
