26 Berkeley Road – Robert Morris- addition to the existing sunroom on the house’s rear elevation.

12 Kensington Road – Susan Pavlin– (1) construction of a new accessory dwelling unit at the rear of the property, (2) replacement of a portion of the concrete driveway behind the main house with permeable pavers, and (3) addition of a new walkway to the accessory building.

24 Clarendon Avenue– Matt & Karen Visser - (1) addition of a shed front porch at the house’s front entrance and replacement of the front entrance door, (2) replacement of the jalousie windows on the front-corner enclosed porch, and (3) addition of a screened porch and new rear entrance porch on the house’s rear elevation.
