1 Sussex Road – Adam Perry - (1) replacement of the existing front walkway with a new walkway; and (2) replacement of the existing rear walkway with a new walkway.

20 Fairfield Drive – Julia Dalbom & Charlie Coates - (1) addition of a new rear master bedroom wing, (2) enclosure of an existing rear screened porch, (3) replacement of all existing windows in the house and addition of new rear-elevation doors, (4) renovation of the existing freestanding garage, (5) addition of a new accessory dwelling unit behind the house, and (6) addition of a new rear patio and covered walkway.
