29 Clarendon Avenue – Erik Spalvins - replacement of windows on the house’s front and left side elevations

20 Fairfield Drive – Julia Dalbom & Charlie Coates - (1) replacement of all existing windows in the house, and (2) renovation of the existing freestanding garage. This work was part of a previous project reviewed by the HPC at the August 2022 meeting and deferred until after the property’s treatment designation was changed from Preservation to Compatible.

1 Fairfield Plaza – Kris Byron - (1) renovation of an existing rear addition, and (2) removal and addition of windows and doors on the house’s side and rear elevations. The proposed rear screened porch addition shown in the application will not be constructed at this time.
