• 21 Kensington Road – Samuel Rowland - replacement of select windows on the house’s front, right-side and rear elevations.

• 61 Clarendon Avenue – Fredrick M. Hetzel for Lionel Larrate - (1) addition of a new shed-roofed kitchen, (2) addition of a new deck and stairs, and (3) addition of a new garage entrance door with patio paver path. All new additions will be located on the house’s rear elevation. This project was previously reviewed and approved at the December 2021 HPC meeting; t61 Clarendon Avenue – Fredrick M. Hetzel for Lionel Larrate - (1) addition of a new shed-roofed kitchen, (2) addition of a new deck and stairs, and (3) addition of a new garage entrance door with patio paver path. All new additions will be located on the house’s rear elevation. This project was previously reviewed and approved at the December 2021 HPC meeting; this application includes proposed revisions to the original project.
