Hetzel for Lionel Larrate - (1) addition of a new shed-roofed kitchen, (2) addition of a new deck and stairs, and (3) addition of a new garage entrance door with patio paver path. All new additions will be located on the house’s rear elevation. This project was previously reviewed and approved at the December 2021 HPC meeting; t61 Clarendon Avenue – Fredrick M.
