Don’t miss the annual lighting of the City’s holiday tree at the Town Green. The DeKalb School of the Arts’ ballerinas will perform dances from the Nutcracker and the Decatur Avondale Children’s Choir will lead the audience in a sing-along after their performance. The Scouts will serve hot chocolate and sweets and Banjo Coffee will have special drink options and treats available for both adults and children. Who knows what other special guests might appear?
