Thank you for making your voice heard. In an effort to implement the Avondale Estates Downtown Master Plan, the City is undertaking a rewrite of the zoning codes for which the master plan provides the foundation. Your voice and vision will guide the decision-making process of the code rewrite.

All of the feedback gathered will be used to guide the rewrite of downtown portion of the code. The questions posed in the survey are intended to affirm those guiding principles that will be translated into the zoning code and refine the downtown vision into implementable regulations. Results will be available online in December.
