Residents of the City, which has a population of more than 3,000 people, already know the benefits of living in this close-knit community that boasts a beautiful setting with diverse architectural styles.

Niche.com assessed 4,875 suburbs in the U.S., considering factors of cost of living, crime rates, quality of local schools, employment and access to amenities. The City of Avondale Estates earned an A+ rating from the website that produces comprehensive rankings and profiles for every K-12 school, college, and neighborhood in the U.S.

The website also ranks the City of Avondale Estates as the safest suburb in Georgia. Additionally, Avondale Estates received high rankings as a good place to raise a family, a great place for millennials, and as one of the best places to buy a home in the Atlanta area.
